Consumer's right to return and exchange: We understand the customer's desire to return or exchange some products if the product is defective or sent by mistake, and we bear all shipping costs for the return process (within 3 days), and the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. If the customer wishes to return or exchange: 1- No exchange or return can be made after modification to the order 2- The shipping cost will be on the customer or deducted from the buyer's balance.
